Office Hours
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The North Clinic is also open Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Closed on major holidays.
Location & Parking
Skywalker Memorial is at 482 Riverbend Drive, Suite 200. Free patient parking is available in the rear lot, with accessible spaces near the main entrance.
Accepted Insurance
We accept most major plans including BlueCross PPO, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Please have your card ready when you arrive.
New Patient Scheduling
New patients are welcome with Dr. Patel and Dr. Nguyen. First visits run about 45 minutes; please arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a $35 no-show fee.

Data Collection
Information ARIA tries to capture from each caller.
Field Type Description
patient_name Text The caller's full name as it appears on file.
callback_number Text Best phone number to reach the caller for follow-up.
reason_for_call Text Why the patient is calling — e.g. booking, billing, refill.
preferred_provider Text Provider the caller would like to see (Dr. Patel / Dr. Nguyen).
date_of_birth Date Used to verify the caller's identity against the chart.

Getting Started
  1. Create a new ARIA assistant from the Dashboard tab.
  2. Assign a phone number under AI Assistant Config.
  3. Write a greeting that reflects your practice voice.
  4. Add knowledge-base entries for hours, services, and providers.
  5. Preview the voice before going live.
Reviewing Calls
  1. Open the Reports tab to see recent conversations.
  2. Click any conversation to see the transcript and play audio.
  3. Use the AI Search to find patterns across calls.
  4. Export transcripts for quality review.
